These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own security and data-protection obligations.
7. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.
Account information may be retained while your CrackIt account remains active or where it is necessary to allow continued account access.
Transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to six years where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
Support correspondence and other information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided.
Where information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including secure HTTPS transmission, access controls and restricted access to systems containing user information.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us.
9. Cookies and Analytics
CrackIt may use analytics and technical measurement tools to understand service performance and how our services are used.
Formula Hub uses Vercel Web Analytics. This provides aggregated website-usage information to help us understand matters such as page views, popular formula pages, referral sources and general device or geographic information.
Formula Hub's current Vercel Web Analytics implementation does not use analytics cookies to identify individual visitors and is not used by CrackIt for advertising or cross-site profiling.
If CrackIt introduces analytics or tracking technologies in the future that require user consent under applicable law, appropriate consent controls will be provided.
